Compliance

SORA Platforms, Inc. builds AI-native infrastructure for the alcohol economy. We treat regulatory compliance as a first-class engineering constraint, not a checkbox. This page summarizes how our products are designed to meet U.S. federal and state alcohol-beverage law.

1. Age verification

All SORA products require the user to be at least 21 years of age. Perfect Pour™ and easySIP™ use multi-factor age verification — government ID scan, biometric match, and cross-reference against fraud databases — before any pour or delivery is authorized.

2. Licensing & permits

SORA operates only where properly licensed. Each Perfect Pour deployment sits inside a venue that holds the applicable state and local alcohol-beverage permits. easySIP delivery is fulfilled only in states where third-party alcohol delivery is legally permitted.

3. Intoxication detection

Pour AI™ runs multimodal intoxication detection at the point of pour, drawing on behavioral cues and time-since-last-pour. Guests flagged as impaired are cut off automatically and staff is alerted.

4. Audit trail

Every pour and every delivery generates an immutable, cryptographically signed record: who, when, where, how much, and which compliance check was applied. Records are made available to regulators on lawful request.

5. Data & privacy

Personal data collected during verification is used solely for compliance purposes and handled per our Privacy Policy. Biometric templates are stored in encrypted form and are never shared with third parties.

6. Cooperation with regulators

SORA welcomes engagement with state ABC boards, TABC in Texas, the TTB, and local law-enforcement partners. Regulatory contact: [email protected].

7. Responsible messaging

SORA does not market to anyone under 21 and complies with the Distilled Spirits Council and Beer Institute voluntary advertising codes.
